This post is mainly for my grown children. It's an easy but healthy start to your day. On days where I don't feel like doing my full workout, if I do at least this much, I feel like I accomplished something good for me. If you do the exercises/stretches in all three videos, it will probably take about 30 minutes.
In the first two minutes of the first video, I show you five exercises. If you like, you can just take note of what they are and do it on your own. But if you want to "move it with Mom," you can exercise along with me in the rest of the video. The whole cardio portion is about 10 minutes. If you need to, you can pause after exercises to bring your heart rate down. I cut those parts out of my recording because you probably won't have to rest as long as your old mother.
Hope you find these fun. Check out my stretching videos later in the post for legs and hips. They will help prevent niggles and injury later.
Thanks for the videos! Great job. Am saving these to add to my routine.

It's a quick, easy way to start your day with some movement - even if you only do just 5 exercises for the 5 minutes. Also, instead of running in place, you can walk in place, and for jumping jacks, you can step one leg out to the side while moving your arms (instead of jumping up & down).
